Adam Tarnacki

Based in Middletown, Connecticut, Adam Tarnacki is a lifelong fisherman whose passion spans both recreational and commercial waters. His first Amazon adventure began in Guyana in 2021, and since then, he has completed six expeditions across Guyana and Suriname, quickly becoming an essential part of the Amazon River Monsters team.

Adam’s experience extends well beyond South America — he has traveled extensively throughout North America, refining his skills across diverse environments and species. In the Amazon, his expertise truly shines: he has successfully caught 37 different species to date, with his most memorable achievement being a 300+ lb Arapaima landed in Guyana.



Driven by a deep connection to the jungle and the thrill of the catch, Adam brings unmatched enthusiasm, knowledge, and respect for the ecosystem to every expedition. His goal is to share that same sense of wonder, peace, and adventure with every angler who joins the journey.
